Delivery and returns

Delivery

Register your details with us and follow the online instructions. We accept all major credit and debit cards but no cheques,cash or postal orders.

Delivery is free to any mainland United Kingdom and northern Ireland address.  Europe: delivery is £8 for the first item and then £2 for each additional item. Rest of the world-Delivery cost is calculated at the checkout.

Orders will either be sent by Royal Mail first class recorded delivery or via our courier partner APC. We cannot guarantee that you will receive your item next day but most orders recieved before 4 pm should arrive by 5pm on the next working day. International orders will take longer to arrive. Please remember that countries outside the EU may levy  import duty on your item.

Quality-Your items are individually checked at the point of packing to ensure you receive them in good condition. Any queries about your order please mail us at info@lovestruckclothing.co.uk. Or phone +44 (0) 1707 267192 anytime between 10-6pm. Please send any returns to the address below.

RETURNS POLICY

If you are unhappy with your purchase you can return the item to us for an exchange or refund.
This needs to be done within 7 days of reciept of your item.
It must be sent back to us with the tags still attatched, with a proof of purchase using the delivery bag and returns form provided.
The item is your responsbility until it reaches us - we advise the items are returned recorded delivery.
We are unable to refund postage costs inccured for unwanted items.
We cannot accept items back to us that do not have their tags attatched
if they have been worn or have perfume or deodorant scent.
